1 I will draw your OCs with visual references only! Either with an actual reference sheet - an illustration with a good view of the character - or with a set of pictures similar to a mood board (i.e. with a picture of their preferred clothing, a picture of how they would look like, another picture with a desired pose, etc.).
2. Terms of Service: Details
Payment
The payment can be made via PayPal invoice or bank transfer (for EU citizens only).
The prices are listed in euro (€), so mind the currency conversion during the payment.
I ask for 60% of the full price upfront to ensure mutual accountability between the client and myself. Once you have sent your inquiry, I will contact you within the next seven (7) days to confirm it, answer any questions you may have and send you an invoice for the first payment. The second half of the payment is due after the last free revision (I will send you a reminder). The finished commissioned work will be sent to you only after the final payment has been made.
Please note that the payment is non-refundable. In the event that you wish to cancel the commission for any reason once I have commenced work on your piece, the payment you have made will not be returned. However, if you have paid and I have not yet started the sketch, I am happy to provide a refund.
Contents of commission
I have full right to deny your inquiry if it makes me uncomfortable or I deem it offensive/harmful in any way. In that case I will contact you via email/Twitter DMs and refund your payment.
Artwork progress and Revisions
It takes me from 1 to 4 weeks to finish a piece, so please allow me significant time in order to finish your commission.
During the check-ins, you will be offered free revisions depending on the type of commission: If it is a sketch, you will receive fewer free revisions; if it is a full-colored piece, you will receive more. Additional revisions will be charged 10€ or more. The specific price will be determined by the complexity of the revision. You will be required to pay for every additional revision upfront.
Prior to delivering the final piece, I will provide one final work-in-progress image to confirm your satisfaction with the outcome. The artwork will be considered complete once you receive the final high-resolution file of the piece.
I do not accept revisions after the finished piece has been delivered to the customer.
Copyright
I retain the full copyright to the commissioned piece and reserve the right to display the artwork on this site and social media. However, the client automatically obtains permission to share the finished artwork on their social media, too. If you do not want me to post the piece you commissioned me to create, tell me so in advance, and your artwork will not be displayed publicly.
You are not permitted to use your commission to generate profit unless we have agreed to a paid transfer of the copyright.
You are STRICTLY prohibited from using commissioned pieces for NFTs, any other blockchain-related technology, and any AI training technology.
